Colour of the stools was yellowish, they were also frothy, and emitted an offensive smell. No blood or mucus was present. Microscopical examination of stools did notshow an> ova, amoeba? or cysts. Biochemical examination of i?ce> gave the following results: Total fat, 38.4 per cent, neutral fat, 14.46 per cent; fatty acids, 10.74 per cent.
